Swimming Lessons
Our swimming lessons provide a fun, safe, and supportive environment where learning to swim is at the heart of everything we do. We help build confidence, independence, and essential water safety skills, while supporting fitness and wellbeing. We follow the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme (Stages 1–10), with lessons delivered by fully qualified instructors. Our teaching team will assess each swimmer and recommend the most suitable stage to support their progress.
We offer a range of lessons for all ages and abilities:
Baby Lessons (Birth – 2.5 years, with adult)
Parent-and-child sessions using songs and play to build water confidence and early skills, progressing towards Duckling Awards.
Water Confidence (2.5 – 3.5 years)

Structured lessons for all abilities (max 8 per class). Stages 1–3 include in-water support; Stage 4+ are poolside-led, focusing on technique, confidence, and safety.
